CASS Employment Services is a value added program with the foundation aim to assist socially and economically challenged individuals to enter or re-enter the workforce or in many cases make their first move into a conventional career.

CASS Employment Services encompass Career Services, Direct Placement Services, Temp to Permanent and Temporary Assignment. Utilizing our services we offer valued career options to our candidates/”associates” and provide a flexible and quality workforce to the employer.

As we look confidently to the future, we embrace our own responsibilities in assisting the common employee to reach the optimal goals of his/her career path by providing direct support.

For many the first step is temporary or part-time, for all candidates placed by CASS Employment Services it is to obtain permanent employment.

Global human resources solutions industry encompassing assessment, search and placement - including temporary staffing - generates in excess of an estimated $400 billion revenues per annum. Yet such revenues are soon likely to be dwarfed. CASS Employment Services has the answer to those financial challenges through the valuable options we can provide directly to employers.
