In an effort to provide hassle free service we provide:
Payroll and Time Card Accounting: Timecards
are verified and signed by your onsite supervisor; our accounting department
will invoice you only for approved hours worked. We can provide certified
payroll upon request. As an added incentive to utilize our services, you
will receive 10% off your first invoice just for giving us an opportunity
to serve you and your company!
Worker's Compensation: Our Worker's Compensation
is through State Compensation Fund of Arizona. We are able to provide
certified copies of our Worker's Compensation Insurance as well as our
General Liability Insurance at your request. All of our workers are covered
prior to the assignment and we manage the administrative tasks related
to this process, so you and your staff don’t have to.
Transportation: Transportation to and
from the worksite is provided at no extra cost. Your workers will arrive
on time and prepared each time you call.
Employee Pre-Screening: All of our clients are pre-screened. We
assure you they are job-ready with the ability to perform the necessary
tasks of the assignment to your satisfaction. All employees are processed
and documented in accordance to State and Federal guidelines, possessing
valid identification. In compliance with State and Federal law, we practice
and support Affirmative Action and are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Safety Training: All Clients are required
to attend a safety class prior to assignment. If your company has specific
safety training materials to be reviewed with the clients, please submit
copies and we will be glad to facilitate a scheduled class to inform them
of the specific guidelines you require on your worksite.
Safety Equipment: We provide all of our
workers with necessary safety equipment and work tools required. These
items may include, but are not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, back
braces, work boots, brooms, shovels, gloves, and safety vests. If there
is additional equipment required to complete the assigned tasks, please
let us know and we will make every effort to acquire the appropriate equipment
needed.
Drug Testing: Upon request we will conduct
drug screen tests on our clients. There will be an additional cost incurred
in this process that will be passed on to you, the customer at the actual
expense, based on the type and depth of the determined test you require.
