Case Management Program
Case managers provide orientation, screening, and assessment to determine their clients' needs. Clients receive referrals to educational programs, free legal assistance, food stamps, medical and counseling aid, and other appropriate social services. Case managers work together with their clients to develop a strategy to help the client stabilize and get off the street.
